Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
What is Clear Path Communication (CPC)?
Clear Path Communication is a professional service that helps individuals navigate complex communication in legal situations. We provide strategic support, guidance, and clarity in written communication to help clients stay informed and prepared.
Are you attorneys?
No, we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We specialize in communication strategies, helping clients effectively navigate legal processes alongside their attorneys.
Who do you help?
We assist individuals going through legal disputes, including divorce, custody battles, and restraining order cases. Our services are particularly beneficial for those feeling overwhelmed by the communication demands of their legal matters.
How is Clear Path Communication different from hiring a paralegal or legal coach?
Unlike paralegals, we do not draft legal documents or work under an attorney. Unlike legal coaches, we focus on practical, real-time communication support, helping you navigate conversations, emails, and case strategies effectively.
What if I already have an attorney? Can I still use your services?
Yes! Many of our clients already have attorneys but need additional support in managing communication, understanding next steps, or preparing for court. We work alongside your attorney, not in place of them.
